氰酸酯改性環(huán)氧樹脂復合材料的研究

【摘要】:采用雙酚A型二氰酸酯對環(huán)氧樹脂E51進行改性,并制備出玻璃纖維增強復合材料。通過傅里葉紅外光譜(FTIR)、動態(tài)熱力學分析(DMA)對不同質量比的環(huán)氧樹脂/氰酸酯的共固化產(chǎn)物結構特征以及復合材料的玻璃化轉變溫度進行了研究,同時測定并討論了對復合材料的拉伸性能、彎曲性能、吸濕性能的影響。結果表明,在環(huán)氧樹脂和氰酸酯共固化體系中,隨著氰酸酯含量的增加,固化物中三嗪環(huán)的相對含量增加,VA唑烷酮的相對含量降低。當環(huán)氧樹脂/氰酸酯質量比為50/50時,復合材料的玻璃化轉變溫度為215.6℃,與未改性相比提高了49.7℃;650h后吸水率顯著降低,僅為0.69%;但拉伸強度和彎曲強度略有降低。掃描電鏡(SEM)分析表明,加入氰酸酯后,增加了復合材料的殘余應力,使復合材料呈現(xiàn)出脆性斷裂。
[Abstract]:Epoxy resin E51 was modified by bisphenol A dicyanate ester and glass fiber reinforced composites were prepared. The structural characteristics of epoxy resin / cyanate ester co-curing products with different mass ratios and the glass transition temperature of the composites were studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR),) dynamic thermodynamic analysis. The effects on the tensile properties, bending properties and moisture absorption properties of the composites were also measured and discussed. The results showed that in the co-curing system of epoxy resin and cyanate ester, the relative content of triazinone ring increased and the relative content of VA zolidinone decreased with the increase of cyanoate content. When the mass ratio of epoxy resin to cyanate ester is 50 / 50, the glass transition temperature of the composites is 215.6 鈩,
