氰酸酯改性環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂復(fù)合材料的研究

【摘要】:采用雙酚A型二氰酸酯對(duì)環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂E51進(jìn)行改性,并制備出玻璃纖維增強(qiáng)復(fù)合材料。通過(guò)傅里葉紅外光譜(FTIR)、動(dòng)態(tài)熱力學(xué)分析(DMA)對(duì)不同質(zhì)量比的環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂/氰酸酯的共固化產(chǎn)物結(jié)構(gòu)特征以及復(fù)合材料的玻璃化轉(zhuǎn)變溫度進(jìn)行了研究,同時(shí)測(cè)定并討論了對(duì)復(fù)合材料的拉伸性能、彎曲性能、吸濕性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,在環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂和氰酸酯共固化體系中,隨著氰酸酯含量的增加,固化物中三嗪環(huán)的相對(duì)含量增加,VA唑烷酮的相對(duì)含量降低。當(dāng)環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂/氰酸酯質(zhì)量比為50/50時(shí),復(fù)合材料的玻璃化轉(zhuǎn)變溫度為215.6℃,與未改性相比提高了49.7℃;650h后吸水率顯著降低,僅為0.69%;但拉伸強(qiáng)度和彎曲強(qiáng)度略有降低。掃描電鏡(SEM)分析表明,加入氰酸酯后,增加了復(fù)合材料的殘余應(yīng)力,使復(fù)合材料呈現(xiàn)出脆性斷裂。
[Abstract]:Epoxy resin E51 was modified by bisphenol A dicyanate ester and glass fiber reinforced composites were prepared. The structural characteristics of epoxy resin / cyanate ester co-curing products with different mass ratios and the glass transition temperature of the composites were studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR),) dynamic thermodynamic analysis. The effects on the tensile properties, bending properties and moisture absorption properties of the composites were also measured and discussed. The results showed that in the co-curing system of epoxy resin and cyanate ester, the relative content of triazinone ring increased and the relative content of VA zolidinone decreased with the increase of cyanoate content.
