竹纖維增強(qiáng)熱塑性塑料復(fù)合材料研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:對竹纖維增強(qiáng)熱塑性塑料復(fù)合材料的基體和增強(qiáng)體、成型工藝、界面改性技術(shù)的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了綜述,分析了原料、物料配比以及成型工藝對竹纖維增強(qiáng)熱塑性復(fù)合材料性能的影響,同時介紹了用竹纖維與可降解塑料制備復(fù)合材料的研究現(xiàn)狀。重點闡述了原材料表面預(yù)處理、接枝共混以及硅烷、鈦酸酯為主的偶聯(lián)劑對復(fù)合材料改性效果的影響。最后簡要分析了竹纖維增強(qiáng)熱塑性塑料的發(fā)展趨勢,并對竹纖維增強(qiáng)熱塑性塑料未來研究重點進(jìn)行了簡要闡述。
[Abstract]:The research status of matrix and reinforcements, molding technology and interfacial modification technology of bamboo fiber reinforced thermoplastic composites at home and abroad was reviewed. the effects of raw materials, material ratio and molding process on the properties of bamboo fiber reinforced thermoplastic composites were analyzed. at the same time, the research status of composites prepared from bamboo fiber and degradable plastics was introduced. The effects of surface pretreatment of raw materials, grafting blending and coupling agents dominated by Silane and Titanate on the modification effect of the composites were described in detail. Finally, the development trend of bamboo fiber reinforced thermoplastics is briefly analyzed, and the future research emphasis of bamboo fiber reinforced thermoplastics is briefly described.
