基于雙梯形金屬條的二維超材料性能分析

【摘要】:提出了一種基于平行金屬條和細(xì)金屬線的雙梯形二維超材料結(jié)構(gòu)單元.該結(jié)構(gòu)由介質(zhì)板以及其兩側(cè)放置的一對(duì)反向?qū)ΨQ梯形金屬條組成.與傳統(tǒng)二維超材料相比,該結(jié)構(gòu)在電磁波平行入射時(shí)具有雙左手頻帶特性,在電磁波雙向入射情況下具有良好的左手頻帶拓展性,且結(jié)構(gòu)易于制備.利用電磁仿真軟件分別模擬電磁波垂直入射和平行入射條件下該結(jié)構(gòu)的電磁性能.結(jié)果表明:該結(jié)構(gòu)在兩種入射情況下均能實(shí)現(xiàn)雙負(fù)特性;梯形上底每增大0.5mm,雙入射情況下結(jié)構(gòu)的雙負(fù)特性分別向高頻移動(dòng)0.2GHz和0.4GHz.該研究對(duì)基于平行金屬條的左手材料的研究以及二維左手材料的發(fā)展具有參考價(jià)值.
[Abstract]:A double ladder two dimensional supermaterial structure element based on parallel metal strip and fine metal wire is proposed. The structure consists of a dielectric plate and a pair of reverse symmetrical ladder metal strips placed on both sides of the plate. Compared with the traditional two-dimensional supermaterial, the structure has the characteristics of double left-handed band when the electromagnetic wave is incident in parallel, and has good left-handed band expansion under the condition of two-way incident of electromagnetic wave, and the structure is easy to fabricate. The electromagnetic performance of the structure is simulated by electromagnetic simulation software under the condition of vertical incident and parallel incident of electromagnetic wave, respectively. The results show that the double negative characteristics of the structure can be realized under both incident conditions, and when the upper bottom of the ladder increases 0.5 mm, the double negative characteristics of the structure move to high frequency 0.2GHz and 0.4 GHz, respectively. This study has reference value for the study of left-handed materials based on parallel metal strips and the development of two-dimensional left-handed materials.
