鍛造對建筑鋁基復(fù)合材料性能的影響

【摘要】:對建筑用Si C增強(qiáng)鋁基復(fù)合材料坯料進(jìn)行了鍛造試驗,對鍛造前后試樣的耐磨損性能和沖擊性能進(jìn)行了測試與分析。結(jié)果表明:鍛造顯著提高了試樣的耐磨損性能和沖擊性能。與鍛造前相比,鍛造后試樣磨損30 min后的磨損體積減小61%,25℃沖擊吸收功增大29%,沖擊斷口表現(xiàn)為以脆性斷裂變?yōu)轫g性斷裂為主、脆性斷裂為輔的混合斷裂。
[Abstract]:The forging test of Si C reinforced aluminum matrix composite billet for building was carried out, and the wear resistance and impact properties of the samples before and after forging were tested and analyzed.
