功能梯度材料快速成形過程建模與控制

【摘要】:在三坐標雕刻機上開發(fā)出一種功能梯度材料增材制造裝置,在低于水的凝固點溫度下,將兩種材料的水基膏體以一定比例進行擠出沉積,形成梯度材料零件。在該三維零件沉積成形過程中,配置好的材料不可避免地會存在結(jié)塊和氣泡現(xiàn)象,當結(jié)塊分解或氣泡釋放時,會導(dǎo)致沉積過程中的擠壓力不斷變化,使得成形過程不穩(wěn)定,成形零件質(zhì)量差。在分析三維梯度材料沉積成形過程的干擾因素的基礎(chǔ)上,通過實驗建立了沉積過程中擠壓力的動態(tài)模型,采用最小二乘方法進行系統(tǒng)辨識,完成了最小方差自適應(yīng)擠壓力控制器的設(shè)計,并用兩種不同顏色的膩子粉(CaCO3)進行實驗,驗證了功能梯度材料快速沉積原理的可行性和控制器的有效性。
[Abstract]:A functionally graded material increasing device was developed on a three-coordinate engraving machine. At a temperature lower than the freezing point of water, the water-based paste of the two materials was extruded and deposited in a certain proportion to form gradient material parts. In the process of deposition and forming of the three-dimensional part, the caking and bubble phenomenon will inevitably exist in the configured material. When the caking decomposition or bubble release, it will lead to the continuous change of extrusion pressure in the deposition process, which will make the forming process unstable and the quality of the forming part poor. Based on the analysis of the interference factors in the deposition process of 3D gradient materials, the dynamic model of extrusion pressure in the deposition process is established through experiments. The least square method is used to identify the system, and the design of the minimum variance adaptive extrusion pressure controller is completed. The experiments with two different colors of putty powder (CaCO3) verify the feasibility of the rapid deposition principle of functionally graded materials and the effectiveness of the controller.
