新型儲氧材料的合成與性能研究

【摘要】:儲氧材料作為目前汽車尾氣處理催化劑的重要組成部分,由于材料中含有可變價(jià)的Ce和Co元素,其獨(dú)特的儲放氧性能可拓寬三效催化劑的空燃比操作窗口,減弱汽車在實(shí)際工況中空燃比波動對三效催化劑性能的影響。均勻沉淀法具有工藝相對簡單、操作簡便、產(chǎn)物濃度高、粒度和組成均勻等優(yōu)點(diǎn),因此該方法頗具工業(yè)化潛力。本文一方面采用絡(luò)合法制備了新型儲氧材料YBa(Co0.9R0.1)4O7(R=Ce,Zr),對其儲氧能力、熱穩(wěn)定性和織構(gòu)-結(jié)構(gòu)等性能進(jìn)行了研究,并研究了Y位點(diǎn)被部分取代對YBa(Co0.9R0.1)4O7儲氧能力的影響。通過等體積浸漬法制備了三效催化劑RhPd/YBa(Co0.9R0.1)4O7/γ-Al2O3(M=Ce,Zr),對其新鮮樣品和老化樣品的催化活性進(jìn)行測試。另一方面,采用均勻沉淀法,以尿素為沉淀劑,聚乙二醇為表面活性劑,合成Ce/Zr比例不同的鈰鋯儲氧材料Ce0.9-xZrxAl0.1O1.95,系統(tǒng)的研究了尿素和聚乙二醇的加入量、陳化溫度對材料的儲氧能力和抗老化能力的影響。運(yùn)用的表征實(shí)驗(yàn)手段有OSC、XRD、TG/DTA、SEM、BET、XPS和活性測試等。結(jié)果表明,YBa(Co0.9Zr0.1)4O7前驅(qū)體經(jīng)過200℃/1 h-1000℃/5 h的程序焙燒后,儲氧能力高達(dá)3646.8μmol/g,且沒有明顯的相分解現(xiàn)象,比表面積、孔容和平均孔徑分別為17.97 m2?g-1,0.1 cm3?g-1和116.7 nm。三效催化劑Rh-Pd/YBa(Co0.9Zr0.1)4O7/γ-Al2O3新鮮樣品對CO、NO和HC的起燃溫度分別為273、287和288℃,經(jīng)過1000℃老化處理后,老化樣品的起燃溫度略有提高,但仍保持了較高的催化活性。在陳化溫度為25℃,尿素與金屬離子的物質(zhì)的量比為3:1,聚乙二醇與預(yù)期氧化物的質(zhì)量比為0.5:1條件下,制備的Ce0.6Zr0.3Al0.1O1.95新鮮和老化樣品的儲氧能力分別是539.6μmol/g和506.4μmol/g。新鮮樣品的比表面積、孔容和平均孔徑分別為22.39 m2?g-1,0.069 cm3?g-1,12.23 nm,表明均勻沉淀法制備Ce0.6Zr0.3Al0.1O1.95具有儲氧能力高,抗老化能力強(qiáng)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
