溫度作用下復合材料夾芯墻板的沖擊試驗

【摘要】:研究了以真空導入成型的玻璃纖維增強復合材料(GFRP)夾層板墻板在不同溫度作用下的抗低速沖擊性能。根據(jù)ASTM D7136M—2005規(guī)范的沖擊試驗和沖擊后壓縮強度測試,來評價該墻板在不同溫度下的低速沖擊性能。在30、50、70、90℃下分別測量增強格構腹板墻板的中心點和增強格構腹板型墻板的無腹板處、單向腹板處、縱橫向腹板交叉處的沖擊接觸力和側壓承載力,得到相應沖擊力-時間曲線和沖擊后側壓荷載-位移曲線。試驗結果表明:隨著試件溫度升高,各沖擊作用點的沖擊接觸力都呈現(xiàn)下降的趨勢;以沖擊后的壓縮強度作為評價GFRP-泡沫復合材料夾層墻板的沖擊韌性:隨著溫度的升高,各沖擊作用點的沖擊韌性也都呈現(xiàn)下降的趨勢;溫度對墻板的沖擊性能影響較大:無論何種溫度下,沖擊作用點處的腹板數(shù)量增加有助于提高其沖擊接觸力和沖擊韌性。
