多層石墨烯對(duì)PA6改性的性能研究

【摘要】:利用熔融共混法制備了聚酰胺6(PA6)/多層石墨烯復(fù)合材料并研究了其性能。結(jié)果表明,多層石墨烯具有明顯的成核作用,使PA6的結(jié)晶過(guò)程可在較高溫度下進(jìn)行;降低了PA6的結(jié)晶速率,有利于生成熱力學(xué)更穩(wěn)定的α型晶體。多層石墨烯提高了PA6的玻璃化轉(zhuǎn)變溫度,對(duì)PA6具有增強(qiáng)增剛作用,在多層石墨烯質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為2.5%時(shí),PA6拉伸強(qiáng)度增加了11.4%,彈性模量增加了29.3%,在多層石墨烯質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為2%內(nèi)對(duì)PA6沖擊強(qiáng)度基本沒有影響。
[Abstract]:Polyamide 6 (PA6) / multi-layer graphene composites were prepared by melt blending and their properties were studied. The results show that the multi-layer graphene has obvious nucleation effect, so that the crystallization process of PA6 can be carried out at higher temperature, and the crystallization rate of PA6 is reduced, which is beneficial to the formation of thermodynamic 偽-type crystals. Multi-layer graphene increased the glass transition temperature of PA6 and strengthened PA6. When the mass fraction of multi-layer graphene was 2.5%, the tensile strength and elastic modulus of PA6 increased by 11.4% and 29.3%, respectively. There was no effect on the impact strength of PA6 when the mass fraction of graphene was 2%.
