磷鎢酸改性HMS介孔材料的合成及其催化性能

【摘要】:以磷鎢酸(HPW)為活性組分,采用負(fù)載和弱堿條件下原位合成的方法,對(duì)六方介孔硅(HMS)進(jìn)行改性得到HPW/HMS和HPW-HMS介孔材料,利用XRD、SEM、Py-IR和N_2吸附-脫附對(duì)合成的介孔材料進(jìn)行表征,考察了HPWHMS模板劑脫除方式、HPW含量對(duì)催化β-甲氧基萘的乙;磻(yīng)性能的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,與HPW/HMS比較,HPW-HMS介孔材料的結(jié)構(gòu)更穩(wěn)定,HPW分散更均勻、且不易溶脫、酸性更強(qiáng);當(dāng)HPW的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為58%時(shí),HPW-HMS催化β-甲氧基萘乙;磻(yīng)β-甲氧基萘的轉(zhuǎn)化率最高,達(dá)65.3%,主產(chǎn)物2-甲氧基-1-萘乙酮的選擇性為78.9%;兩種介孔材料均可回收再利用,且HPW-HMS循環(huán)再利用效果勝于HPW/HMS。
