加筋強(qiáng)化復(fù)合材料蜂窩夾層結(jié)構(gòu)壓縮失效分析

【摘要】:復(fù)合材料蜂窩夾層結(jié)構(gòu)以其高效輕質(zhì)的特點(diǎn)被廣泛應(yīng)用于多個(gè)工業(yè)領(lǐng)域。近年來(lái),隨著工程應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域?qū)Ω咝阅茌p質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)的要求越來(lái)越高,促進(jìn)了新的夾層結(jié)構(gòu)形式的大幅發(fā)展。其中,通過(guò)在蜂窩芯中鋪設(shè)加強(qiáng)筋而得到的加筋強(qiáng)化復(fù)合材料蜂窩夾層結(jié)構(gòu)就是一種新型結(jié)構(gòu)形式,其目的是為了進(jìn)一步均衡地提高結(jié)構(gòu)軸向和彎曲的比強(qiáng)度和比剛度,同時(shí)增加結(jié)構(gòu)的可靠性。由于制造工藝和材料性能的特點(diǎn),夾層結(jié)構(gòu)在服役的過(guò)程中芯/板結(jié)合界面容易出現(xiàn)粘結(jié)不牢現(xiàn)象,從而可能產(chǎn)生局部脫粘分層缺陷,導(dǎo)致整個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)的靜載強(qiáng)度減小。此外,由于在夾層中鋪設(shè)加筋,導(dǎo)致芯體結(jié)構(gòu)的幾何間斷,從而造成局部應(yīng)力傳遞不連續(xù)和應(yīng)力集中問(wèn)題,使得本來(lái)就很豐富的復(fù)合材料蜂窩夾層結(jié)構(gòu)的失效模式變得更加復(fù)雜。因此,有必要深入研究加筋強(qiáng)化復(fù)合材料蜂窩夾層結(jié)構(gòu)的破壞機(jī)理,為結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)提供建議。本文采用有限元數(shù)值分析方法,并結(jié)合考慮復(fù)合材料面板發(fā)生基體失效、纖維斷裂以及纖維/基體剪切失效的漸進(jìn)損傷分析方法,研究了加筋強(qiáng)化復(fù)合材料蜂窩夾層結(jié)構(gòu)在面內(nèi)壓縮載荷下的失效行為,初步探討了加筋強(qiáng)化對(duì)復(fù)合材料蜂窩夾層結(jié)構(gòu)力學(xué)性能的影響,并討論了部分結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對(duì)夾層結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。同時(shí),分別研究了貫通型、圓形以及筋/板三種脫粘缺陷形式對(duì)加筋強(qiáng)化復(fù)合材料蜂窩夾層結(jié)構(gòu)的壓縮失效行為和最終失效模式的影響,總結(jié)了此種新型加筋強(qiáng)化復(fù)合材料蜂窩夾層結(jié)構(gòu)破壞模式的特點(diǎn)。本項(xiàng)研究得到國(guó)家973課題(2014CB046506)和工業(yè)裝備結(jié)構(gòu)分析國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室自主研究課題(S14207)的資助。
[Abstract]:Composite honeycomb sandwich structure is widely used in many industrial fields because of its high efficiency and light weight. In recent years, with the increasing demand for high-performance lightweight structures in the field of engineering applications, the development of new sandwich structures has been greatly promoted. Among them, the reinforced composite honeycomb sandwich structure obtained by laying reinforcement in the honeycomb core is a new type of structure, the purpose of which is to further improve the specific strength and specific stiffness of the axial and bending of the structure in a balanced manner. At the same time, the reliability of the structure is increased. Due to the characteristics of manufacturing technology and material performance, the bonding between core and plate interface is easy to appear in the process of service of sandwich structure, which may lead to local delamination defect and decrease the static load strength of the whole structure. In addition, the laying of reinforcement in the sandwich leads to the geometric discontinuity of the core structure, resulting in local stress transfer discontinuity and stress concentration problems. The failure mode of the composite honeycomb sandwich structure, which is already abundant, becomes more complicated. Therefore, it is necessary to deeply study the failure mechanism of reinforced composite honeycomb sandwich structure, and provide suggestions for the optimum design of the structure. In this paper, the finite element numerical analysis method is adopted and the progressive damage analysis method considering the matrix failure, fiber fracture and fiber / matrix shear failure of the composite panel is taken into account. The failure behavior of reinforced composite honeycomb sandwich structure under in-plane compression was studied, and the effect of reinforcement strengthening on the mechanical properties of composite honeycomb sandwich structure was discussed. The influence of some structural parameters on sandwich structure is also discussed. At the same time, the effects of three types of debonding defects, namely, through type, circle and bar / plate, on the compressive failure behavior and final failure mode of reinforced composite honeycomb sandwich structure are studied. The characteristics of this new reinforced composite honeycomb sandwich structure are summarized. This research is supported by the National 973 Project (2014CB046506) and the National key Laboratory for structural Analysis of Industrial equipment (S14207).
