氧化錫納米球的合成及其對氫氣的氣敏特性

【摘要】:利用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)作為表面活性劑,將四氯化錫(SnCl_4)溶解在甲醇溶液中,再通過溶劑熱法,制備了多孔氧化錫(SnO_2)納米球。采用X射線衍射(XRD)儀和掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)對合成材料的結(jié)構(gòu)和形貌進(jìn)行了表征。結(jié)果表明,SnO_2納米球?yàn)榉植季鶆虻亩嗫浊颉M瑫r,采用旁熱式氣敏元件結(jié)構(gòu)對樣品進(jìn)行氫氣(H_2)敏感性能研究,測試結(jié)果證明制作的氣體傳感器對氫氣表現(xiàn)出良好的氣敏特性,在最佳工作溫度250℃下對體積分?jǐn)?shù)10~(-4)氫氣的響應(yīng)可達(dá)到6,最低體積分?jǐn)?shù)檢測極限為5×10~(-6),并且響應(yīng)時間和恢復(fù)時間分別為2 s和4 s。
[Abstract]:Porous tin oxide (SnO_2) nanospheres were prepared by solvothermal method by dissolving tin tetrachloride (SnCl_4) in methanol solution using polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) as surfactant. The structure and morphology of the synthesized materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results show that the SnO_2 nanospheres are porous spheres with uniform distribution. At the same time, the structure of the gas sensor is used to study the hydrogen sensitivity of the sample.
