纖維螺旋纏繞管的纏繞角優(yōu)化
[Abstract]:In order to improve the utilization efficiency of the material strength and realize the uniform distribution of the strength ratio along the wall thickness, under the action of internal pressure and axial force, based on the Tsai-Wu criterion, the aim is to maximize the minimum strength ratio along the wall thickness direction. The optimization model of filament winding tube with variable winding angle is established. An improved optimization algorithm combining composite shape method and gradient method is proposed. The minimum strength ratio is maximized by optimizing the winding angle of layer by layer, and the strength distribution is more uniform than that along the wall thickness. Taking glass fiber tube as an example, the optimal winding angle distribution, strength ratio and uniformity under the conditions of pure circumferential stress, ratio of circumferential stress to axial stress of 2:1 and 1:1 are studied under different wall thickness conditions. The results show that the material utilization ratio of the optimized structure increases obviously, and the wall thickness has a great influence on the distribution of the optimal winding angle under different working conditions, and the optimal winding angle can achieve equal strength along the wall thickness.
