復(fù)合材料固化相關(guān)黏彈性性能演化及殘余應(yīng)力分析

【摘要】:通過對復(fù)合材料固化度和溫度相關(guān)黏彈性本構(gòu)方程的分析,定義一個能綜合反映固化度和溫度等對復(fù)合材料黏彈性性能影響的無量綱參數(shù)De_m。當(dāng)參數(shù)De_m都大于10~2時,復(fù)合材料基體處于流動狀態(tài);當(dāng)參數(shù)De_m都小于10~(-2)時,復(fù)合材料為彈性狀態(tài);僅當(dāng)部分參數(shù)De_m小于10~2而大于10~(-2)時,復(fù)合材料處于黏彈性狀態(tài)。以AS4纖維/3501-6樹脂復(fù)合材料為例,基于對其參數(shù)De_m在典型固化工藝過程中的演化,研究該復(fù)合材料黏彈性性能的發(fā)展過程,發(fā)現(xiàn)基于參數(shù)De_m分析得到的凝膠點時間與實驗結(jié)果一致。根據(jù)復(fù)合材料黏彈性性能對殘余應(yīng)力發(fā)展的影響,將復(fù)合材料殘余應(yīng)力計算分為流動階段和黏彈性階段,并建立了相應(yīng)的狀態(tài)相關(guān)黏彈性本構(gòu)模型。最后通過與原始模型預(yù)測結(jié)果的比較驗證了提出的本構(gòu)模型,表明本文提出的計算方法與原始黏彈性本構(gòu)模型計算結(jié)果一致,但大大降低了計算所需的時間和存儲空間。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of curing degree and temperature dependent viscoelastic constitutive equation of composites, a dimensionless parameter De_m. is defined, which can comprehensively reflect the effects of curing degree and temperature on the viscoelastic properties of composites. When the parameter De_m is more than 10 ~ (- 2), the matrix of the composite is in the flow state, and when the parameter De_m is less than 10 ~ (- 2), the composite is in the elastic state. Only when the partial parameter De_m is less than 10 ~ (- 2) and is greater than 10 ~ (- 2), the composite is in viscoelastic state. Taking the AS4 fiber / 3501 / 6 resin composite as an example, based on the evolution of its parameter De_m during the typical curing process, the development process of the viscoelastic properties of the composite was studied. It is found that the gel point time obtained by parametric De_m analysis is in agreement with the experimental results. According to the influence of viscoelastic properties of composite on the development of residual stress, the calculation of residual stress of composite is divided into flow stage and viscoelastic stage, and the corresponding state-dependent viscoelastic constitutive model is established. Finally, the proposed constitutive model is verified by comparing with the prediction results of the original model. It is shown that the calculation method proposed in this paper is consistent with the calculation result of the original viscoelastic constitutive model, but the time and storage space required for the calculation are greatly reduced.
