【摘要】：本文對金屬銅泡沫填充石蠟的相變換熱特征進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,通過測試試件加熱面及內(nèi)部的溫度響應(yīng)曲線,分析了金屬泡沫填充及自然對流對石蠟非穩(wěn)態(tài)相變換熱過程的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,采用頂部加熱方式時(shí),石蠟內(nèi)部的換熱以純導(dǎo)熱為主,而采用底部加熱時(shí),液態(tài)石蠟內(nèi)的自然對流作用使相界面移動(dòng)速度更快,試件內(nèi)部溫度一致性更好,同時(shí)在相變對流區(qū)可實(shí)現(xiàn)對加熱面的溫度控制。金屬泡沫的填充可強(qiáng)化石蠟內(nèi)的導(dǎo)熱但抑制液態(tài)石蠟的自然對流,前者使得試件加熱面溫升減緩,相界面移動(dòng)加快,后者則導(dǎo)致底部加熱時(shí)石蠟的相變區(qū)分為相變導(dǎo)熱區(qū)和相變對流區(qū)。金屬泡沫的導(dǎo)熱強(qiáng)化能力在試件換熱中占據(jù)主導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the thermal characteristics of metal-copper foam filled paraffin wax are studied experimentally. The influence of metal foam filling and natural convection on the unsteady phase transformation heat process of paraffin wax is analyzed by measuring the temperature response curve of the heating surface and interior of the specimen. The results show that when the top heating is used, the heat transfer inside paraffin wax is mainly pure heat conduction, while when the bottom is heated, the natural convection in liquid paraffin makes the interface move faster and the temperature consistency in the specimen is better. At the same time, the temperature control of the heating surface can be realized in the phase transition convection region. The filling of metal foam can enhance the heat conduction in paraffin wax but inhibit the natural convection of liquid paraffin. The former makes the temperature rise of the heating surface of the specimen slow down, and the movement of the phase interface speeds up. The latter causes the phase transition region of paraffin wax to be divided into phase conduction zone and phase change convection region when the paraffin is heated at the bottom. The heat conduction strengthening ability of metal foam plays a dominant role in the heat transfer of the specimen.
