層壓板小質(zhì)量物體沖擊下接觸力測(cè)量與損傷響應(yīng)

【摘要】:為了發(fā)展復(fù)合材料層壓板在小質(zhì)量物體沖擊下?lián)p傷性能的測(cè)試技術(shù),研發(fā)了小質(zhì)量沖擊試驗(yàn)機(jī),可模擬自由狀態(tài)小質(zhì)量物體產(chǎn)生的沖擊,沖擊能量可調(diào)節(jié),沖擊點(diǎn)撓度可測(cè)量。通過沖擊頭加速度和沖擊點(diǎn)撓度測(cè)量接觸力,結(jié)果顯示,加速度傳感器諧振會(huì)明顯干擾測(cè)量信號(hào)。采用濾波技術(shù)后,沖擊頭的加速度響應(yīng)可以有效地測(cè)量沖擊接觸力。用沖擊點(diǎn)撓度計(jì)算接觸力,結(jié)果也與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果吻合。對(duì)層壓板進(jìn)行多個(gè)能量下的沖擊試驗(yàn),發(fā)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)生明顯分層損傷時(shí),由加速度傳感器測(cè)得的接觸力在特定值處明顯下降,隨后可能繼續(xù)升高;由沖擊點(diǎn)撓度得到的接觸力斜率發(fā)生變化,這可作為小質(zhì)量沖擊分層閾值力的識(shí)別方法。
[Abstract]:In order to develop the testing technology of the damage performance of composite laminates under the impact of small mass objects, a small mass impact testing machine was developed, which can simulate the impact produced by small mass objects in free state. The impact energy can be adjusted and the deflection of impact point can be measured. The contact force is measured by the acceleration of the shock head and the deflection of the impact point. The results show that the resonance of the acceleration sensor will obviously interfere with the measured signal. The acceleration response of the shock head can effectively measure the impact contact force. The contact force is calculated by the deflection of the impact point, and the results are in agreement with the experimental results. The impact tests on laminated plates at multiple energies show that the contact force measured by the acceleration sensor decreases obviously at a specific value and may continue to increase when obvious delamination damage occurs. The slope of the contact force obtained from the deflection of the impact point changes, which can be used as a method to identify the threshold force of the delamination of small mass impact.
