幾何尺寸與溫度對(duì)CFRP筋材力學(xué)性能的影響

【摘要】:為了研究高溫下碳纖維增強(qiáng)復(fù)合材料(CFRP)筋材的力學(xué)性能,對(duì)不同直徑的CFRP筋材進(jìn)行了高溫下的三點(diǎn)彎曲性能和壓縮性能測(cè)試,研究了CFRP筋的破壞形態(tài)和機(jī)理,分析了直徑和溫度對(duì)CFRP筋材彎曲強(qiáng)度和壓縮強(qiáng)度的影響。結(jié)果表明,直徑對(duì)試樣彎曲強(qiáng)度和壓縮強(qiáng)度的影響不太明顯,溫度對(duì)試樣彎曲強(qiáng)度和壓縮強(qiáng)度的影響較大;CFRP筋材的強(qiáng)度保留率隨著溫度的升高而降低。
[Abstract]:In order to study the mechanical properties of carbon fiber reinforced composite (CFRP) tendons at high temperature, the three point bending and compression properties of CFRP tendons with different diameters were tested at high temperature, and the failure patterns and mechanism of CFRP tendons were studied. The influence of diameter and temperature on bending strength and compression strength of CFRP bars was analyzed. The results show that the influence of diameter on the bending strength and compression strength of the specimen is not obvious, and that the temperature has a great effect on the bending strength and compression strength, and the strength retention rate of CFRP bars decreases with the increase of temperature.
