【摘要】：采用Oliver-Pharr方法計(jì)算壓痕硬度時(shí),需要獲取完整的壓痕加載、卸載曲線,因此,不能滿足現(xiàn)場生產(chǎn)節(jié)拍的要求。為提高測量效率,基于Oliver-Pharr方法,推導(dǎo)出加載階段的壓頭位移與壓痕載荷平方根之間呈二次函數(shù)關(guān)系。通過數(shù)學(xué)變換,建立壓痕硬度與壓頭位移和壓痕載荷平方根之間二階導(dǎo)數(shù)的解析模型。試驗(yàn)表明,該方法能夠獲取較高精度的壓痕硬度,提高試驗(yàn)效率,滿足在線測量的要求。
[Abstract]:When the indentation hardness is calculated by Oliver-Pharr method, the complete indentation loading and unloading curves need to be obtained, so it can not meet the requirements of field production. In order to improve the measurement efficiency, based on the Oliver-Pharr method, the quadratic function relationship between the indenter displacement and the square root of indentation load is deduced. An analytical model of the second derivative between indentation hardness and indentation head displacement and square root of indentation load is established by mathematical transformation. The test results show that this method can obtain high precision indentation hardness, improve the efficiency of the test, and meet the requirements of on-line measurement.
