雙活性中心抗菌劑磷鉬釩雜多酸季銨鹽的抑菌性能研究

【摘要】:采用水熱法制備了含有不同釩原子數(shù)的Keggin型磷鉬釩雜多酸季銨鹽PMo_(12-x)V_xO_(40)-TBAB(x=1~4,TBAB為四丁基溴化銨),選用大腸桿菌、金黃色葡萄球菌等4種菌種進(jìn)行了抑菌性能測試。結(jié)果表明,合成的4種抗菌劑對大腸桿菌等菌種均有不同程度的抑菌效果,并且隨著抗菌劑中釩原子數(shù)的增加,抑菌效果逐漸增強(qiáng),是TBAB的1~2倍,其中PMo_8V_4O_(40)-TBAB對大腸桿菌的抑菌效果最好。
[Abstract]:PMo_ (12-x) V _ XO _ (40) -TBAB containing different vanadium atom numbers of Keggin type quaternary ammonium phosphate molybdovanadate was prepared by hydrothermal method, and Escherichia coli was used to prepare quaternary ammonium phosphate (PMo_ (12-x) V _ XO _ (40) TBAB). Four strains of Staphylococcus aureus were tested for their bacteriostasis. The results showed that the four kinds of antimicrobial agents had different degree of bacteriostatic effect on E. coli and other strains, and with the increase of vanadium atom number in antimicrobial agents, the bacteriostatic effect was gradually enhanced, which was 1 / 2 times of that of TBAB. Among them, PMo_8V_4O_ (40)-TBAB had the best bacteriostasis effect on Escherichia coli.
