考慮穩(wěn)定性約束的五零能模式材料結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方法研究

【摘要】:五零能模式材料是一種聲學(xué)超材料,雖然它一般采用固體材料設(shè)計(jì),并且單胞常應(yīng)用微桁架構(gòu)型,但理論上這種材料設(shè)計(jì)的結(jié)構(gòu)是不穩(wěn)定的.論文從分析設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)整體出發(fā),探討一種通過(guò)施加預(yù)載荷,確保五零能模式材料結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性的方法,并給出了保證結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性的充分條件,且應(yīng)用典型的五零能模式材料單胞構(gòu)型加以驗(yàn)證.同時(shí),為方便提出的穩(wěn)定性條件在設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中的實(shí)施,將五零能模式材料結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程描述為五零能模式材料的變換過(guò)程,采用結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸優(yōu)化模型來(lái)描述.當(dāng)材料單胞為微桁架構(gòu)型時(shí),這一結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸優(yōu)化模型簡(jiǎn)單,結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性約束和五零能模式材料性質(zhì)約束均為線性約束.
[Abstract]:The five-zero energy mode material is a kind of acoustical supermaterial. Although it is generally designed with solid material and the micro-truss configuration is often used in the unit cell, the structure designed by this material is unstable in theory. Based on the analysis and design of the whole structure, this paper discusses a method to ensure the structural stability of the material with five zero energy mode by applying preload, and gives the sufficient conditions to ensure the stability of the structure. And the typical five zero energy model material unit cell configuration was used to verify. At the same time, in order to facilitate the implementation of the proposed stability condition in the design process, the design process of the five-zero energy mode material structure is described as the transformation process of the five-zero energy mode material, and the structural size optimization model is used to describe the design process. When the material unit cell is a micro-truss configuration, the structure size optimization model is simple, the structural stability constraint and the material property constraint of the five-zero energy mode are linear constraints.
