連續(xù)纖維增強聚丙烯復(fù)合片材及復(fù)合蜂窩板的制備及性能研究

【摘要】:連續(xù)纖維增強熱塑性片材以其優(yōu)異的機械性能、生產(chǎn)工藝的連續(xù)性及可回收利用的環(huán)保性已逐漸替代纖維增強熱固性片材。以連續(xù)纖維增強熱塑性層合片材為面板復(fù)合熱塑性蜂窩芯所制備的熱塑性復(fù)合蜂窩板,是一種新型的高強輕質(zhì)板材?蓮V泛應(yīng)用于交通、建筑等“民生”領(lǐng)域。本文采用模壓成型工藝制備三類連續(xù)玻纖/聚丙烯層合片材,并以圓形聚丙烯蜂窩芯為夾層結(jié)構(gòu),采用熱壓熔合方法制備三種連續(xù)玻纖/聚丙烯層合片材復(fù)合蜂窩板材。深入研究了層合片材與復(fù)合蜂窩板的制備工藝,并研究分析了層合片材的結(jié)構(gòu)與蜂窩芯結(jié)構(gòu)對復(fù)合蜂窩板性能的影響。采用插入薄層的方法改善層合片材層間剪切性能。以及對層合片材及復(fù)合蜂窩板不同的破壞形式進行研究,具體內(nèi)容如下:(1)通過實驗研究了模壓成型工藝參數(shù)對制備連續(xù)玻纖/聚丙烯混編紗層合片材、連續(xù)玻纖/聚丙烯單向?qū)雍掀呐c連續(xù)玻纖/聚丙烯交叉層合片材,以及層合層數(shù)、纖維排布角度等對層合片材機械性能的影響。采用添加聚丙烯薄層及馬來酸酐接枝聚丙烯薄層的方法改善層合片材層間剪切性能。(2)以制備的三種層合片材為面板,熱壓熔合制備復(fù)合蜂窩板,分析研究了面板結(jié)構(gòu)(面板種類、層數(shù)及鋪層方式),蜂窩芯結(jié)構(gòu)(蜂窩芯高度、蜂窩芯壁厚及蜂窩芯孔徑)對三類復(fù)合蜂窩板力學(xué)性能的影響,討論分析影響復(fù)合蜂窩板性能的關(guān)鍵因素。(3)研究了三類連續(xù)玻纖/聚丙烯層合片材不同的拉伸及彎曲破壞形式,并分析其產(chǎn)生原因。同樣對連續(xù)玻纖/聚丙烯層合片材復(fù)合蜂窩板的平壓、彎曲與側(cè)壓破壞形式進行分析研究,為復(fù)合蜂窩板的應(yīng)用提供使用規(guī)范。
[Abstract]:Continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic sheet has been gradually replaced by fiber reinforced thermosetting sheet because of its excellent mechanical properties, continuous production process and recyclable environmental protection. The thermoplastic composite honeycomb plate made of continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastic laminated sheet is a new type of high strength light weight plate. Can be widely used in transportation, construction and other "people's livelihood" field. In this paper, three kinds of continuous glass fiber / polypropylene laminated sheets were prepared by moulding process, and three kinds of continuous glass fiber / polypropylene composite honeycomb sheets were prepared by hot pressing fusion method with circular polypropylene honeycomb core as sandwich structure. The preparation process of laminated sheet and composite honeycomb plate was studied, and the effects of laminated sheet structure and honeycomb core structure on the properties of composite honeycomb plate were studied. The interlaminar shear property of laminated sheet was improved by inserting thin layer. The main contents are as follows: (1) the effect of molding process parameters on the preparation of continuous glass fiber / polypropylene blended yarn laminated sheet was studied by experiments, and the different failure modes of laminated sheet and composite honeycomb sheet were studied as follows: (1) the influence of molding process parameters on the preparation of continuous glass fiber / polypropylene blended yarn laminated sheet was studied. The effects of unidirectional laminated glass fiber / polypropylene laminated sheet and continuous glass fiber / polypropylene cross laminated sheet, as well as the number of laminated layers and fiber arrangement angle, on the mechanical properties of laminated sheet. The interlaminar shear properties of laminated sheets were improved by adding polypropylene thin layer and maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene thin layer. (2) the composite honeycomb plate was prepared by hot pressing fusion with three kinds of laminated sheets as panel. The effects of panel structure (panel type, layer number and layering mode) and honeycomb core structure (honeycomb core height, honeycomb core wall thickness and honeycomb core aperture) on the mechanical properties of three kinds of composite honeycomb panels are analyzed and studied. The key factors affecting the properties of composite honeycomb plates were discussed. (3) three kinds of continuous glass fiber / polypropylene laminates were studied in different tensile and flexural failure modes, and the causes were analyzed. At the same time, the failure modes of flat compression, bending and lateral compression of continuous glass fiber / polypropylene laminated composite honeycomb plate are analyzed and studied, which provides the application standard for the composite honeycomb plate.
