DODAC對水熱法插層改性蒙脫土結構和性能的影響

【摘要】:選用陽離子表面活性劑雙十八烷基二甲基氯化銨(DODAC)作為改性劑,通過水熱法插層改性鈉基蒙脫土(Na-MMT)。采用傅里葉變換紅外光譜(FT-IR)、X射線衍射(XRD)、熱重分析(TGA)、掃描電鏡(SEM)等手段研究了水熱插層法和DODAC添加量對有機化蒙脫土結構和性能的影響。研究結果表明:水熱法的插層改性效果優(yōu)于常規(guī)插層改性方法,DODAC添加量對有機化蒙脫土的層間結構影響顯著,隨改性劑添加量增加,有機化蒙脫土的層間距變大,DODAC分子的層間堆疊方式依次由單層、雙層向偽三層、類石蠟復合型結構轉(zhuǎn)變。當DODAC添加量為2.0CEC時,水熱插層改性效果最為明顯。
[Abstract]:Sodium montmorillonite (Na-MMT) was modified by hydrothermal intercalation with cationic surfactant dioctadecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride (DODAC) as modifier. The effects of hydrothermal intercalation and DODAC addition on the structure and properties of organic montmorillonite were studied by means of FT-IR), X ray diffraction (XRD), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and so on. The results show that the effect of hydrothermal intercalation is better than that of conventional intercalation. The interlayer structure of organic montmorillonite is significantly affected by the addition of DODAC, and the interlayer spacing of organic montmorillonite increases with the increase of the amount of modifier. The interlaminar stacking of DODAC molecules changes from monolayer, bilayer to pseudo-trilayer and paraffin-like composite structure. When the content of DODAC is 2.0CEC, the effect of hydrothermal intercalation is the most obvious.
