后熱處理對FSP制備Al-Ni復合材料組織的影響

【摘要】:采用攪拌摩擦加工技術制備了Al-Ni復合材料,并對復合材料進行不同溫度的后熱處理。結果表明,Al-Ni復合材料主要相為Al3Ni,且有部分Ni粉未完全反應;通過后熱處理可促進金屬間化合物形成,經(jīng)過450℃×6h后熱處理,生成相為Al3Ni和Al3Ni2;對合金化材料進行熱處理時,晶格缺陷的增生、擴散以及缺陷的相互作用導致反應的進一步進行。
[Abstract]:The Al-Ni composites were prepared by friction stir processing, and post-heat treatment of the composites at different temperatures was carried out.
