碳纖維鐵網(wǎng)催化法化學鍍鎳

【摘要】:目的采用鐵網(wǎng)催化的方法在碳纖維表面化學鍍鎳,取代傳統(tǒng)的鈀活化法。方法經(jīng)去膠、粗化、分散前處理工藝后,采用鐵網(wǎng)包覆對碳纖維化學鍍鎳進行催化反應,通過稱重法、掃描電鏡(SEM)研究催化時間、碳纖維分散狀況以及粗化時間對鍍層的影響,并通過能譜(EDS)對鐵網(wǎng)催化法和鈀活化法制備的鍍層進行成分分析。結(jié)果鐵網(wǎng)催化在10 min內(nèi)時鍍層存在缺陷,催化20 min鍍層以顆粒狀泡沫鎳存在,超聲分散優(yōu)于分散劑CMC的分散效果。獲得鐵網(wǎng)催化法最佳工藝為:丙酮浸泡4 h去膠,80℃粗化處理15 min,超聲分散,鐵網(wǎng)包覆催化20 min誘導起鍍,化學鍍20 min。制備的鍍層均勻、致密,從鍍層各組分含量分析,并不差于鈀活化法制備的鎳鍍層。結(jié)論鐵網(wǎng)催化法可以在碳纖維上獲得質(zhì)量良好的鎳-磷鍍層。
[Abstract]:Aim to replace the traditional palladium activation method by electroless nickel plating on carbon fiber surface by iron mesh catalysis. Methods after degumming, coarsening and dispersion pretreatment, the catalytic reaction of carbon fiber electroless nickel plating was carried out by using iron mesh coating. The catalytic time was studied by means of weighing method and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The dispersion of carbon fiber and the effect of coarsening time on the coating were studied. The composition of the coating prepared by catalytic method of iron mesh and palladium activation method was analyzed by energy dispersive (EDS). Results there were defects in the coating of iron mesh catalyst within 10 min, and the catalytic 20 min coating was in the form of granular nickel foam. The ultrasonic dispersion was better than that of dispersant CMC. The optimum conditions of iron mesh catalytic method are as follows: acetone immersion for 4 h, roughening treatment at 80 鈩,
