高溫相變石蠟-脲醛樹脂微膠囊的制備及表征

【摘要】:通過原位聚合法合成了以高溫相變石蠟(相變區(qū)間為75~85℃)為芯材,三聚氰胺改性脲醛樹脂為壁材的相變微膠囊。采用DSC、SEM、導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)儀等分別對(duì)石蠟-脲醛樹脂(Paraffin-UF)微膠囊的形貌、熱性能等進(jìn)行了表征。分析了NaCl溶液、三聚氰胺以及石墨烯的添加對(duì)微膠囊的影響。結(jié)果表明:適量NaCl的添加能改善微膠囊表面形貌,三聚氰胺的添加能提高微膠囊的生成量。添加質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為0.03%的石墨烯,在80℃時(shí)微膠囊的導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)提高了55.56%,而且其熱穩(wěn)定性有所提高。
