索氏提取法——一種直觀定量表征硅橡膠功能涂層交聯(lián)度的新方法

【摘要】:基于索氏提取法,建立了一種可直觀、定量地表征硅橡膠功能涂層交聯(lián)度的新方法,并通過傅里葉紅外光譜法對索氏提取法的可靠性進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。采用此方法,結(jié)合功能涂層中硅橡膠樹脂微觀結(jié)構(gòu)、固化性能的分析,初步建立了硅橡膠功能涂層催化劑濃度與交聯(lián)度的關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系。最后,采用統(tǒng)計(jì)力學(xué)的方法對硅橡膠功能涂層臨界交聯(lián)度進(jìn)行了計(jì)算,依據(jù)測定的交聯(lián)度定量地研究了硅橡膠功能涂層的固化程度。
[Abstract]:Based on the Soxhlet extraction method, a new method was established to characterize the crosslinking degree of functional coating of silicone rubber directly and quantitatively, and the reliability of Soxhlet extraction method was verified by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). Based on the analysis of the microstructure and curing properties of silicone rubber resin in the functional coating, the correlation between the concentration of catalyst and the crosslinking degree of the functional coating was preliminarily established. Finally, the critical crosslinking degree of silicone rubber functional coating was calculated by statistical mechanics method, and the curing degree of silicone rubber functional coating was quantitatively studied according to the measured crosslinking degree.
