鋪層取向誤差對CFRP可折疊管件半片變形影響的數值分析與試驗研究

【摘要】:以單層厚度為0.04mm的碳纖維/樹脂(T300/5228,CFRP)超薄單向預浸料,采用真空袋-固化爐成型方法制備了一系列不同鋪層復合材料"Ω"型可折疊管件半片,并采用ANSYS軟件進行了有限元分析,通過實驗和數值模擬方法研究了鋪層方式及取向誤差對變形的影響,制備的四種鋪層方式制件實驗測量其變形趨勢與相應模擬分析結果一致,得到了鋪層取向誤差對變形影響較小的鋪層方式。研究發(fā)現:±45°鋪層比0°鋪層的鋪層取向誤差對變形影響更大,增加90°鋪層可以在一定程度上控制因鋪層取向誤差導致的可折疊管件半片的變形。研究結果表明通過鋪層設計可以在一定程度上實現對CFRP可折疊管件半片變形的控制。
[Abstract]:Using carbon fiber / resin (T300 / 5228CRP) with single layer thickness as ultra-thin unidirectional prepreg, a series of "惟" foldable pipe pieces with different laminates were prepared by vacuum bag curing furnace forming method. The finite element analysis is carried out with ANSYS software. The effect of layering and orientation error on deformation is studied by means of experiment and numerical simulation. The deformation trend measured by four kinds of layering methods is consistent with that of corresponding simulation analysis. It is found that the orientation error has little effect on the deformation. It is found that the orientation error of 鹵45 擄layer is greater than that of 0 擄layer, and the deformation of half sheet of foldable pipe can be controlled by increasing 90 擄layer to some extent. The research results show that the half sheet deformation of CFRP foldable pipe can be controlled to a certain extent by layering design.
