木粉含量對(duì)連續(xù)固態(tài)擠出自增強(qiáng)PP性能的影響

【摘要】:采用單螺桿擠出機(jī)連續(xù)固態(tài)擠出制備自增強(qiáng)聚丙烯(PP)復(fù)合材料試樣,對(duì)不同木粉含量的試樣性能進(jìn)行表征和綜合分析。結(jié)果表明,PP復(fù)合材料試樣密度隨著木粉含量的增加呈線性上升趨勢(shì);拉伸強(qiáng)度和彎曲強(qiáng)度呈現(xiàn)先上升后下降的趨勢(shì),而在木粉含量為50%時(shí)達(dá)到最大;拉伸彈性模量和彎曲彈性模量隨著木粉含量的增加一直增大,但斷裂伸長(zhǎng)率下降;木粉含量的增加能夠提高試樣的耐熱性,但結(jié)晶度有所下降;木粉含量過(guò)多會(huì)造成復(fù)合材料界面結(jié)合減弱,影響最終復(fù)合材料的性能。
[Abstract]:The self-reinforced polypropylene (PP) composites were prepared by continuous solid-state extrusion with a single screw extruder. The properties of the samples with different wood flour contents were characterized and comprehensively analyzed. The results show that the density of PP composites increases linearly with the increase of wood flour content, the tensile strength and bending strength increase first and then decrease, and reach the maximum when the wood flour content is 50. The tensile modulus and flexural modulus of elasticity increase with the increase of wood flour content, but the elongation at break decreases, and the heat resistance of the sample increases with the increase of wood flour content, but the crystallinity decreases. Excessive wood flour content will weaken the interfacial bonding of the composite and affect the properties of the final composite.
