結(jié)構(gòu)DNA納米技術(shù)應(yīng)用新進(jìn)展

【摘要】:DNA具有非凡的分子識(shí)別性能和顯著的結(jié)構(gòu)特征,這使得它在材料的納米級(jí)調(diào)控方面具有獨(dú)特的優(yōu)越性,在許多領(lǐng)域也展現(xiàn)出廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。本文從模塊化DNA自組裝和DNA折紙術(shù)兩個(gè)方面綜述了近些年DNA納米技術(shù),包括近年來(lái)DNA納米技術(shù)中比較新型的組裝方法;并從DNA納米結(jié)構(gòu)作為模板定位納米粒子和蛋白以及用于生物醫(yī)藥等方面介紹了DNA納米技術(shù)的應(yīng)用;同時(shí),對(duì)DNA納米技術(shù)發(fā)展及應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:DNA has remarkable molecular recognition performance and remarkable structural characteristics, which makes it has unique advantages in nano-scale regulation of materials, and it also has a broad application prospect in many fields. In this paper, the DNA nanotechnology in recent years is reviewed from the aspects of modular DNA self-assembly and DNA origami technique, including the relatively new assembly methods of DNA nanotechnology in recent years. The application of DNA nanostructure as template for the localization of nanoparticles and proteins as well as biomedical applications of DNA nanotechnology was introduced, and the development and application of DNA nanotechnology were prospected.
