復(fù)合相變顆粒蓄熱板材的制備及性能研究

【摘要】:采用真空吸附法制備了石蠟/膨脹珍珠巖復(fù)合相變材料,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行表面膜覆處理,制得相變顆粒,再以定模壓制的方法研制相變蓄熱板材。對(duì)相變顆粒進(jìn)行了最佳吸附比、DSC、FTIR以及耐久性測試,并對(duì)相變蓄熱板材進(jìn)行了穩(wěn)態(tài)熱響應(yīng)測試。結(jié)果表明:經(jīng)過表面膜覆后的相變顆粒具有很好的熱物性、穩(wěn)定性及耐久性,能有效地解決液態(tài)相變材料泄露問題;相變蓄熱板材在外界冷熱變化過程中蓄熱和延遲現(xiàn)象明顯,熱惰性較強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:The paraffin / expanded perlite composite phase change material was prepared by vacuum adsorption method. The phase change particles were prepared by coating the surface film, and then the phase change heat storage plate was prepared by pressing the fixed mold. The optimum adsorption ratio, DSC,FTIR and durability of phase change particles were tested, and the steady-state thermal response of phase change storage plate was tested. The results show that the phase change particles coated on the surface have good thermal properties, stability and durability, and can effectively solve the leakage problem of liquid phase change materials. The heat storage and delay phenomenon of phase change heat storage plate is obvious in the process of external cold and heat change, and the thermal inertia is strong.
