磷石膏-高鋁水泥雙摻增強(qiáng)水泥固化有機(jī)質(zhì)土強(qiáng)度室內(nèi)試驗研究(英文)

【摘要】:為了改善有機(jī)質(zhì)土的工程特性,通過向水泥中外摻磷石膏與高鋁水泥的方法,研發(fā)了一種新型的有機(jī)質(zhì)土固化劑.通過室內(nèi)試驗研究了新型固化劑對人工配制有機(jī)質(zhì)土強(qiáng)度的增強(qiáng)效果,并比選固化劑的最優(yōu)配方.對不同配方固化劑固化有機(jī)質(zhì)土開展了無側(cè)向抗壓強(qiáng)度試驗和固化土孔隙液p H值測試.試驗結(jié)果表明,外摻磷石膏與高鋁水泥后固化有機(jī)質(zhì)土的無側(cè)限抗壓強(qiáng)度可達(dá)800~1 200 k Pa.p H值測試結(jié)果表明,高堿性環(huán)境是得到高強(qiáng)度的必要而非充分條件,其與構(gòu)成強(qiáng)度的主要礦物密切相關(guān).XRD,SEM和MIP試驗結(jié)果證實新礦物鈣礬石的生成與孔隙填充有利于提高固化有機(jī)質(zhì)土體強(qiáng)度.該研究成果可為有機(jī)質(zhì)軟土的固化提供一種新的解決方法.
[Abstract]:In order to improve the engineering characteristics of organic soil, a new organic soil curing agent was developed by adding phosphogypsum and high aluminum cement to cement. The strengthening effect of the new curing agent on the strength of artificially prepared organic soil was studied through laboratory experiments, and the optimum formulation of the curing agent was compared. The non-lateral compressive strength test and pore fluid pH value of solidified organic soil with different curing agents were carried out. The test results show that the unconfined compressive strength of the organic soil solidified with phosphogypsum and high aluminum cement can reach 800m 1 200k Pa.p H value. The results show that the high alkaline environment is the necessary but not sufficient condition for obtaining high strength. The results of XRD,SEM and MIP tests show that the formation and pore filling of the new mineral ettringite is beneficial to increase the strength of solidified organic soil. The research results can provide a new solution for the solidification of organic soft soil.
