不同改性尼龍短纖維增強天然橡膠復合材料的性能

【摘要】:用偶聯劑KH550、KH560、KH570、NXT和H3PO_4刻蝕對尼龍短纖維進行表面改性,將改性后的尼龍短纖維與天然橡膠制成母煉膠,然后用母煉膠制備尼龍短纖維-天然橡膠復合材料。通過力學性能測試以及RPA檢測等手段,分析不同偶聯劑和H3PO_4刻蝕改性尼龍短纖維對復合材料綜合性能的影響,發(fā)現用偶聯劑KH570處理尼龍短纖維是改善復合材料綜合性能較好的方法。在偶聯劑KH570處理的尼龍短纖維基礎之上添加不同相溶劑制備復合材料,通過力學性能測試分析不同相溶劑對綜合性能的影響,并用掃描電鏡(SEM)對復合材料斷口形貌進行觀察和分析,發(fā)現添加進口相溶劑能有效提高偶聯劑KH570處理的尼龍短纖維在天然橡膠中的分散性,同時也能減少復合材料表面的孔洞即提高了尼龍短纖維與天然橡膠之間的界面粘結力。
[Abstract]:The surface modification of nylon staple fiber was carried out with coupling agent KH550,KH560,KH570,NXT and H3PO_4. The modified nylon staple fiber and natural rubber were used to prepare the modified nylon short fiber / natural rubber composite. The effects of different coupling agents and H3PO_4 etched modified nylon short fibers on the comprehensive properties of the composites were analyzed by means of mechanical property test and RPA test. It is found that the treatment of nylon staple fiber with coupling agent KH570 is a better method to improve the comprehensive properties of the composite. The composites were prepared by adding different phase solvents on the basis of nylon staple fiber treated by coupling agent KH570. The influence of different phase solvents on the comprehensive properties was analyzed by mechanical properties test. The fracture morphology of the composites was observed and analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). It was found that the dispersion of nylon staple fibers treated with KH570 could be improved effectively by adding imported phase solvents. At the same time, the interfacial adhesion between nylon staple fiber and natural rubber can be improved by reducing the pore on the surface of the composite.
