線鋸用金剛石微粉化學(xué)鍍鎳工藝研究

【摘要】:介紹了D50為6μm線鋸用金剛石微粉表面化學(xué)鍍鎳工藝的研究結(jié)果。研究采用正交試驗(yàn)優(yōu)化了工藝,用XRD、SEM、EDS等技術(shù)表征了鍍鎳金剛石微粉的性能。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,在鎳鹽含量一定條件下,鍍液配方中影響鍍速的重要因素主次關(guān)系為次磷酸鈉、乳酸、氨水;當(dāng)溫度為85℃時(shí)鍍層質(zhì)量最佳;多次鍍覆可有效增加鍍層厚度,其分散性也越好;瘜W(xué)鍍液優(yōu)化配方為:硫酸鎳25g/L、次磷酸鈉30g/L、氨水35ml/L、乳酸10ml/L、乙酸鈉15g/L、硫脲20mg/L。
[Abstract]:The results of electroless nickel plating on the surface of diamond micro-powder for wire saw with D _ (50) of 6 渭 m are introduced. Orthogonal test was used to optimize the process and XRD,SEM,EDS was used to characterize the properties of nickel plated diamond powder. The results show that, under the condition of nickel salt content, the most important factors affecting the plating speed are sodium hypophosphate, lactic acid and ammonia, and the coating quality is the best when the temperature is 85 鈩,
