PVC木塑復合材料的耐熱增強改性

【摘要】:采用模壓成型制備了一系列聚氯乙烯(PVC)/氯化聚氯乙烯(CPVC)配比不同、無機剛性粒子含量不同的木塑復合材料。通過力學性能測試、熱變形溫度測試、掃描電子顯微鏡觀察等手段對上述木塑復合材料的耐熱性及力學性能進行了研究。結果表明,CPVC和無機剛性粒子均顯著改善了PVC木塑復合材料的耐熱性和力學性能。與PVC木塑復合材料相比,當PVC/CPVC配比為50/50,白云母或凹凸棒土的用量為3份時,改性木塑復合材料的熱變形溫度分別提高了14.3℃和19.7℃,且力學性能較好。凹凸棒土對木塑復合材料的耐熱增強改性效果優(yōu)于白云母。
[Abstract]:A series of wood-plastic composites with different (PVC) / (CPVC) ratios and different contents of inorganic rigid particles were prepared by moulding. The heat resistance and mechanical properties of the wood-plastic composites were studied by means of mechanical property test, thermal deformation temperature test, scanning electron microscope observation and so on. The results showed that both CPVC and inorganic rigid particles significantly improved the heat resistance and mechanical properties of PVC wood-plastic composites.
