鋪設(shè)方式對(duì)超順排碳納米管增強(qiáng)銅基層狀復(fù)合材料顯微組織和性能的影響(英文)
[Abstract]:Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) (SACNT) thin film reinforced copper laminated composites with uniform distribution of carbon nanotubes (CNT) but different laying methods were prepared by electrodeposition. The results show that when the volume fraction of SACNT film is 5.0% and orthogonal laying, the maximum tensile strength and yield strength of the composite can reach 336.3 MPa and 246.0 MPa, compared with pure copper prepared under the same conditions. They were increased by 74.0% and 124.5%, respectively. The electrical conductivity of the composites is higher than that of 75 IACSs. The results of TEM analysis show that the addition of SACNT can refine the size of copper grains and the thickness of twins in the matrix. The high strength of Cu/SACNT composite is not only due to the reinforcement of SACNT, but also related to the grain refinement of copper matrix caused by CNT paving.
