玄武巖纖維增強(qiáng)高密度聚乙烯的力學(xué)性能

【摘要】:玄武巖纖維(BF)未經(jīng)改性處理和經(jīng)硅烷偶聯(lián)劑(KH 550和KH 570)進(jìn)行處理后,添加到高密度聚乙烯(PE HD)基體樹(shù)脂中,增強(qiáng)PE HD的力學(xué)性能,用傅立葉變換紅外光譜和掃描電子顯微鏡對(duì)硅烷偶聯(lián)劑處理的BF進(jìn)行表征,同時(shí),用SEM觀察BF增強(qiáng)PE HD復(fù)合材料的拉伸斷面。結(jié)果表明,隨著未經(jīng)改性處理BF添加量增加,PE HD復(fù)合材料的拉伸強(qiáng)度、彎曲強(qiáng)度逐漸提高,當(dāng)添加量達(dá)到30%時(shí),拉伸強(qiáng)度達(dá)到45.5 MPa,提升79.1%;彎曲強(qiáng)度達(dá)到41.3 MPa,提升118.9%。經(jīng)KH 550和KH 570處理的BF添加量達(dá)到20%時(shí),PE HD復(fù)合材料的拉伸強(qiáng)度均達(dá)到45 MPa以上,其后隨著B(niǎo)F添加量繼續(xù)增加,拉伸強(qiáng)度變化不大,而彎曲強(qiáng)度隨BF添加量的增加逐漸增大。當(dāng)BF添加量達(dá)到30%時(shí),BF改性與否對(duì)PE HD復(fù)合材料的力學(xué)性能的影響不大。當(dāng)改性BF添加量為5%~15%時(shí),KH 550改性的PE HD復(fù)合材料的力學(xué)性能較KH 570改性的高;當(dāng)改性BF添加量為20%,25%時(shí),KH 570改性的PE HD復(fù)合材料的力學(xué)性能較KH 550改性的高。
[Abstract]:Basalt fiber (BF) was added to the matrix resin of high density polyethylene (PE) to enhance the mechanical properties of PE HD after unmodified and treated with silane coupling agents (KH C550 and KH 570). The BF treated with silane coupling agent was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). At the same time, the tensile section of PE / HD composite reinforced by BF was observed by SEM. The results show that the tensile strength and flexural strength of PE / HD composites increase gradually with the increase of the content of unmodified BF. The tensile strength increases 79.1% and the flexural strength reaches 41.3 MPa, and 118.9%, respectively, when the content reaches 300.The tensile strength increases 79.1% and 41.3 MPa, respectively. The tensile strength of PE / HD composites reached more than 45 MPa when the content of BF was 20, and the tensile strength of PE / HD composites increased with the increase of BF content, but the flexural strength increased gradually with the increase of BF content. When the content of BF reaches 30%, the effect of BF modification on the mechanical properties of PE / HD composites is not significant. When the content of modified BF is 5 ~ 15%, the mechanical properties of PE / HD composites modified by KH T550 are higher than those modified by KH / HD, and the mechanical properties of PE / HD composites modified by KH 570 are higher than those modified by KH / BF when the content of modified BF is 20 and 25.
