熱處理對銅包鋁復(fù)合材料界面組織及結(jié)合強(qiáng)度的影響

【摘要】:研究了銅包鋁棒材的斷裂行為和不同熱處理對銅包鋁復(fù)合材料界面結(jié)合強(qiáng)度的影響。結(jié)果表明:銅包鋁復(fù)合材料在剪切作用力下裂紋在Cu_9Al_4層與CuAl_2層結(jié)合處形核并擴(kuò)展。當(dāng)載荷達(dá)到17.5 MPa時,裂紋會穿過Cu_9Al_4層向銅層擴(kuò)展或者貫穿CuAl_2層向共晶層延伸,當(dāng)載荷達(dá)到50.0MPa時銅包鋁復(fù)合材料發(fā)生斷裂。400℃×60 min熱處理后,CuAl_2層開始變厚,結(jié)合強(qiáng)度下降到40.3 MPa;450℃×60 min熱處理后,CuAl_2層厚度急劇長大,結(jié)合強(qiáng)度急劇下降至18.4 MPa;500℃×60 min熱處理后CuAl_2相消失,結(jié)合強(qiáng)度達(dá)到最大值60.3 MPa;530℃×60 min熱處理后CuAl_2層重新形成,結(jié)合強(qiáng)度為13.4MPa;而高于550℃×60 min熱處理以后,該材料會發(fā)生明顯的熔蝕反應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:The fracture behavior of copper-clad aluminum bar and the effect of different heat treatment on the interfacial bonding strength of copper-clad aluminum composite were studied.
