脂肪酸定形相變材料的制備及性能表征

【摘要】:以癸酸-棕櫚酸(CA-PA)為相變主材料,活性炭或膨脹石墨為支撐材料,采用真空吸附法制備了脂肪酸定形相變材料。樣品的化學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)通過紅外光譜表征;表面微觀結(jié)構(gòu)通過掃描電子顯微鏡表征;熱物理性能(相變溫度、相變潛熱等)和熱循環(huán)性能通過差式掃描量熱儀表征。結(jié)果表明:CA-PA和活性炭或膨脹石墨都只是簡單的嵌合關(guān)系,沒有發(fā)生化學(xué)反應(yīng)生成新物質(zhì);CA-PA可以很好地吸附到活性炭或膨脹石墨中;定形相變材料的儲放熱性能良好,CA-PA-50%活性炭的融化溫度為22.7℃,融化潛熱為66.38J/g,CA-PA-10%膨脹石墨的融化溫度為22.16℃,融化潛熱為111.5J/g;熱循環(huán)穩(wěn)定性良好,可以經(jīng)歷500次加速熱循環(huán)。
[Abstract]:Using sebacic acid-palmitic acid (CA-PA) as phase change material, activated carbon or expanded graphite as supporting material, fatty acid phase change material was prepared by vacuum adsorption method. The chemical structure of the samples was characterized by infrared spectroscopy; the surface microstructure was characterized by scanning electron microscopy; the thermo-physical properties (phase transition temperature, latent heat of phase transition) and thermal cycling properties were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The results show that the relationship between the fraction of CA-PA and activated carbon or expanded graphite is simple, and no chemical reaction can be formed to form a new substance, CA-PA, which can be adsorbed into activated carbon or expanded graphite very well. The melting temperature of CA-PA-50% activated carbon is 22.7 鈩,
