熱處理條件對納米鋅鋁尖晶石顆粒尺寸的影響

【摘要】:以硝酸鋁、硝酸鋅和檸檬酸為原料,采用溶膠 凝膠法制備納米鋅鋁尖晶石粉體,研究了熱處理條件(溫度和氣氛)對納米鋅鋁尖晶石顆粒尺寸的影響。結(jié)果表明:在空氣氣氛下,600℃熱處理后即可制備出納米鋅鋁尖晶石顆粒,納米顆粒團聚嚴重,其顆粒尺寸在20~30 nm之間;隨熱處理溫度升高,納米鋅鋁尖晶石顆粒尺寸快速增加,1 000℃開始出現(xiàn)微米尺寸顆粒,1 400℃大部分顆粒尺寸在微米級別,且呈燒結(jié)狀。在還原性氣氛下,檸檬酸分解殘留部分碳,碳分布在鋅鋁尖晶石顆粒間,可阻礙納米鋅鋁尖晶石團聚和燒結(jié),進而抑制高溫下納米鋅鋁尖晶石顆粒長大,1 000℃熱處理后,納米尖晶石顆粒尺寸較小(約10 nm)。然而,在還原性氣氛下,當熱處理溫度≥1 200℃時,鋅鋁尖晶石與CO或檸檬酸分解殘留的碳反應,使鋅以氣態(tài)的形式逸出,只有α-Al_2O_3晶相。
[Abstract]:Nanocrystalline zinc-aluminum spinel powders were prepared by sol-gel method using aluminum nitrate, zinc nitrate and citric acid as raw materials.
