國產(chǎn)PAN基炭纖維增強(qiáng)炭基體復(fù)合材料的制動摩擦行為

【摘要】:分別采用國產(chǎn)聚丙烯腈基(即PAN基)炭纖維CCF700(A)和CCF300(B)及日本東麗PAN基炭纖維T300(C)編織二維針刺氈預(yù)制體,通過化學(xué)氣相沉積結(jié)合樹脂浸漬炭化增密技術(shù)制備飛機(jī)剎車副用炭/炭復(fù)合材料,在HJDS-Ⅱ型地面慣性臺上測試這3種炭/炭復(fù)合材料的制動摩擦特性。結(jié)果表明:用國產(chǎn)炭纖維制備的炭/炭復(fù)合材料樣件的整體石墨化度低于用進(jìn)口炭纖維制備的樣件。在模擬正常著陸能載下,國產(chǎn)炭纖維增強(qiáng)樣件的減速率高于進(jìn)口纖維增強(qiáng)樣件。其中,采用CCF700炭纖維制備的材料A的摩擦因數(shù)較高、波動明顯,而采用CCF300炭纖維制備的材料B的摩擦因數(shù)穩(wěn)定在0.28左右。同時,剎車盤A和B的剎車過程相對平穩(wěn),剎停時間短,但剎車盤C在剎車結(jié)束前有明顯的剎車力矩回升,有利于剎車過程的穩(wěn)定性。材料A表面形成較厚的摩擦層,而材料B的摩擦表面摩擦層較薄,這與CCF300炭纖維具有良好的耐磨性有關(guān)。
