纖維增強(qiáng)陶瓷基復(fù)合材料加工技術(shù)研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:纖維增強(qiáng)陶瓷基復(fù)合材料具有高熔點、低密度、耐腐蝕、抗燒蝕以及抗氧化等一系列優(yōu)點,被列為新一代高溫?zé)峤Y(jié)構(gòu)材料的發(fā)展重點,在航空、航天、能源等領(lǐng)域具有極大的應(yīng)用前景。但纖維增強(qiáng)陶瓷基復(fù)合材料具有硬度大的特點,其加工是一個難點,主要對纖維增強(qiáng)陶瓷基復(fù)合材料的傳統(tǒng)加工工藝和特種加工工藝及其研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行了介紹,并對纖維增強(qiáng)陶瓷基復(fù)合材料的加工工藝的發(fā)展趨勢作了展望。
[Abstract]:Fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composites have a series of advantages, such as high melting point, low density, corrosion resistance, ablation resistance and oxidation resistance. Energy and other fields have great application prospects. However, fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composites have the characteristics of high hardness and its processing is a difficult point. This paper mainly introduces the traditional processing technology, special processing technology and research progress of fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composites. The development trend of fiber-reinforced ceramic matrix composites is also prospected.
