真空絕熱板技術(shù)的研究現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢(shì)

【摘要】:首先概述了真空絕熱板(Vacuum insulation panel,VIP)芯材、阻隔膜和吸氣劑的研究現(xiàn)狀,分析了不同芯材、阻隔膜和吸氣劑對(duì)VIP的絕熱性能和使用壽命的影響,并基于VIP的應(yīng)用要求提出了適用于建筑用VIP的最佳結(jié)構(gòu),即多層金屬(或氧化物)樹脂復(fù)合阻隔膜包覆超混雜復(fù)合芯材和碳基氧化物復(fù)合吸氣劑的VIP。該VIP不僅具有低熱橋、阻氣阻氧性能好的優(yōu)點(diǎn),還具備耐壓、耐折、回彈性低、抗刺穿和耐老化的優(yōu)良特性,充分發(fā)揮了纖維型VIP和顆粒型VIP的優(yōu)點(diǎn),同時(shí)完美結(jié)合了納米涂層與樹脂膜的優(yōu)勢(shì),克服了顆粒型VIP易潰散、纖維型VIP易回彈、金屬鍍層缺陷大和樹脂膜易刺穿的缺點(diǎn)。此外,碳基氧化物復(fù)合吸氣劑的抗熱輻射性能良好,可進(jìn)一步提高VIP的絕熱能力。最后指出研究和開發(fā)高性能、低成本的VIP將是未來研究工作的發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:Firstly, the research status of (Vacuum insulation panel,VIP core material, barrier film and getter are summarized, and the influence of different core materials, barrier film and getter on the adiabatic properties and service life of VIP is analyzed. Based on the application requirements of VIP, the optimum structure of VIP for building is put forward, that is, the VIP. of multilayer metal (or oxide) resin composite barrier film coated with ultra-hybrid core and carbon-based oxide composite getter. The VIP not only has the advantages of low heat bridge, good air and oxygen resistance, but also has the advantages of high pressure resistance, flexural resistance, low resilience, piercing resistance and aging resistance. The advantages of fiber type VIP and granular type VIP are brought into full play. At the same time, the advantages of nano-coating and resin film are perfectly combined to overcome the shortcomings of particle type VIP, fibrous type VIP easy to rebound, metal coating defect and resin film easily pierced. In addition, the thermal radiation resistance of carbon-based oxide composite getter is good, which can further improve the adiabatic ability of VIP. Finally, it is pointed out that research and development of high performance and low cost VIP will be the development direction of future research work.
