基于DNA分子的納米功能材料的設計、組裝及應用

【摘要】:DNA除了作為一種遺傳信息的載體分子之外,還可以通過折疊或組裝從而形成特定的二維和三維結(jié)構(gòu)。通過設計DNA分子的結(jié)構(gòu)并探索其與納米材料之間的相互作用的研究已經(jīng)引起了國內(nèi)外學術(shù)界的持續(xù)關注。DNA功能化的無機納米材料促進了分析科學、生命科學以及環(huán)境科學的快速發(fā)展。本文將從疾病分子機制研究、疾病診斷和疾病治療三個角度出發(fā),探究面向生物醫(yī)學分析應用的DNA分子功能化的無機納米材料的設計與組裝。除此之外,還對DNA功能化納米材料技術(shù)的發(fā)展前景進行了展望。
[Abstract]:In addition to being a carrier of genetic information, DNA can be folded or assembled to form specific two-dimensional and three-dimensional structures. By designing the structure of DNA molecules and exploring the interaction between DNA molecules and nanomaterials, the research on the interaction between DNA molecules and nanomaterials has attracted the sustained attention of academic circles both at home and abroad, and has promoted the analytical science of inorganic nanomaterials. The rapid development of life science and environmental science. In this paper, we will explore the design and assembly of DNA molecular functionalized inorganic nanomaterials for biomedical analysis from the perspectives of disease molecular mechanism, disease diagnosis and disease treatment.
