芳綸纖維增強(qiáng)尼龍6復(fù)合材料的制備與性能

【摘要】:采用毛細(xì)管流變儀和差示掃描量熱儀研究了尼龍6的熱性能和流變特性,確定了芳綸纖維增強(qiáng)尼龍6復(fù)合材料的熱壓成型溫度;制備了芳綸纖維增強(qiáng)尼龍6復(fù)合材料,研究了其微觀結(jié)構(gòu)和力學(xué)性能,并采用相控陣超聲檢測(cè)技術(shù)進(jìn)行了無損檢測(cè)。結(jié)果表明:芳綸纖維增強(qiáng)尼龍6復(fù)合材料的熱壓成型溫度為245℃;尼龍6對(duì)芳綸纖維的浸漬效果較好,無損檢測(cè)均未發(fā)現(xiàn)復(fù)合材料內(nèi)部存在缺陷;復(fù)合材料的靜態(tài)抗拉強(qiáng)度為279.7 MPa,其動(dòng)態(tài)壓縮強(qiáng)度和壓縮模量均隨應(yīng)變速率的增加而增大,在高應(yīng)變速率下呈脆性破壞。
[Abstract]:The thermal properties and rheological properties of nylon 6 were studied by capillary rheometer and differential scanning calorimeter. The hot pressing molding temperature of aramid fiber reinforced nylon 6 composite was determined, and the aramid fiber reinforced nylon 6 composite was prepared. The microstructure and mechanical properties were studied, and the nondestructive testing was carried out by using phased array ultrasonic testing technique. The results showed that the hot pressing temperature of aramid fiber reinforced nylon 6 composite was 245 鈩,
