摻雜液體石蠟的單體澆鑄尼龍復合材料的性能表征

【摘要】:制備一種摻雜液體石蠟的單體澆鑄(MC)尼龍復合材料,并研究其結(jié)晶形態(tài)、力學性能和摩擦磨損性能.結(jié)果表明:液體石蠟的引入可限制MC尼龍中α和γ晶型的成核與生長,導致結(jié)晶溫度和結(jié)晶度下降;液體石蠟的加入也可提高復合材料的韌性,并降低其摩擦因數(shù);當所加液體石蠟質(zhì)量分數(shù)為6.0%時,MC尼龍復合材料具有較高的強度和韌性,同時具有較低的摩擦因數(shù)和磨損量.
[Abstract]:A monomeric cast (MC) nylon composite doped with liquid paraffin was prepared, and its crystalline morphology, mechanical properties and friction and wear properties were studied. The results show that the nucleation and growth of 偽 and 緯 crystalline forms in MC nylon can be restricted by the introduction of liquid paraffin, and the crystallization temperature and crystallinity will decrease, and the toughness and friction coefficient of the composites can also be improved by adding liquid paraffin. When the mass fraction of liquid paraffin is 6.0, the MC nylon composite has higher strength and toughness, lower friction coefficient and lower wear capacity.
