納米異質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)光催化劑的合成與性質(zhì)表征

【摘要】:本論文介紹了納米異質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)光催化劑的制備與性質(zhì)研究。 第一章緒論中,對納米異質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)材料的研究現(xiàn)狀進行了概述,總結(jié)了目前關(guān)于污水處理問題的研究進展;第二章中,采用簡單的一步水熱法制備了Fe3O4納米粒子/FeWO4納米線異質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu),探究了產(chǎn)物的結(jié)構(gòu)、形貌、磁性和光催化性質(zhì);第三章中,先用兩相水熱法制備出Fe3O4多面體,然后再用水熱合成法將Fe3O4與WO3復(fù)合,最終制備出γ-Fe2O3/WO30.5H2O異質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu),討論了不同反應(yīng)條件對產(chǎn)物結(jié)構(gòu)和形貌的影響,研究產(chǎn)物光催化活性;第四章中,,先用回流法制備出表面光滑的Cu2O納米球,然后通過自我氧化法得到了海膽狀Cu2O/CuO納米異質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu),氧化時間影響產(chǎn)物的形貌和組成,復(fù)合后產(chǎn)物具有更大的比表面積,探究了Cu2O/CuO對甲基橙染料吸附和降解特性。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the preparation and properties of nano-heterostructure photocatalysts are introduced. In the first chapter, the research status of nanoscale heterostructure materials is summarized, and the current research progress on wastewater treatment is summarized. The structure, morphology, magnetic properties and photocatalytic properties of Fe3O4 nanoparticles / FeWO4 nanowires were prepared by a simple one-step hydrothermal method. In Chapter 3, Fe3O4 polyhedrons were prepared by two-phase hydrothermal method. Then the Fe3O4 and WO3 were synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis, and the 緯 -Fe _ 2O _ 3 / WO _ 30.5H _ 2O heterostructure was prepared. The effects of different reaction conditions on the structure and morphology of the product were discussed, and the photocatalytic activity of the product was studied. Cu2O nanospheres with smooth surface were prepared by reflux method, and then sea urchin Cu2O/CuO nanoscale heterostructures were obtained by self-oxidation method. The oxidation time affected the morphology and composition of the products, and the composite products had a larger specific surface area. The adsorption and degradation characteristics of methyl orange dyes by Cu2O/CuO were investigated.
