月桂酸-十四醇二元復(fù)合相變材料的相變特性

【摘要】:為了獲得適合在建筑領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用的相變材料和相變溫度,以月桂酸(LA)和十四醇(TD)為原料,采用熔融共混法制備一系列二元酸-醇相變材料。采用步冷曲線法測定不同組分二元相變材料的結(jié)晶溫度,通過繪制的相圖確定二元體系低共晶點,LA-TD二元體系在23.1℃達到共晶點;采用紅外光譜(FTIR)表征復(fù)合相變材料的結(jié)構(gòu),表明復(fù)合相變材料中LA與TD通過分子間作用力結(jié)合在一起;采用DSC差示掃描量熱法測量LA-TD混合物的相變溫度及相變潛熱,低共晶物的相變起始溫度為24.46℃,相變潛熱達到150.45 J/g,經(jīng)300次0~60℃冷熱循環(huán)后熱穩(wěn)定性良好。
