【摘要】：采用熔融共混法制備了玻璃纖維增強(qiáng)聚對(duì)苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET-GF)/十溴二苯醚(DBDPO)/苯基膦酸鈰(Ce HPP)復(fù)合材料,通過(guò)錐型量熱儀(Cone)對(duì)復(fù)合材料的燃燒行為進(jìn)行綜合分析,采用熱失重-紅外聯(lián)用(TG-FTIR)分析了復(fù)合材料熱降解過(guò)程中氣體的釋放量和主要成分,并使用掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、能量色散X射線(xiàn)光譜儀(EDX)和X射線(xiàn)光電子能譜(XPS)對(duì)復(fù)合材料燃燒后的殘?zhí)啃蚊�、殘�(zhí)克丶昂康冗M(jìn)行表征.實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)Ce HPP與DBDPO兩者復(fù)配使用時(shí),PET-GF/DBDPO/Ce HPP復(fù)合材料的熱解過(guò)程受到抑制,凝聚相的燃燒減緩,材料總的熱分解量降低,煙氣釋放量明顯減小.這主要是由于Ce HPP在燃燒過(guò)程中形成了連續(xù)致密的殘?zhí)?分布于基材和玻璃纖維表面,將部分DBDPO及其分解產(chǎn)物滯留于凝聚相,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)了氣相-凝聚相雙重阻燃作用,有效阻隔了揮發(fā)性氣體產(chǎn)物的釋放.
[Abstract]:Glass fiber reinforced poly (ethylene terephthalate) (PET-GF) / decabromodiphenyl ether (DBDPO) / phenyl phosphonate cerium (Ce HPP) composites were prepared by melt blending method. The combustion behavior of the composites was analyzed by means of a cone calorimeter (Cone). The gas emission and main components in the thermal degradation process of composites were analyzed by thermogravimetric infrared (TG-FTIR). Scanning electron microscope (SEM) (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer (EDX) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) were used to characterize the morphology, elements and content of carbon residue after combustion. The experimental results show that the pyrolysis process of PET-GF / DBDPO / ce HPP composite is inhibited, the combustion of condensed phase is slowed down, the total thermal decomposition of the material is decreased, and the flue gas emission is obviously decreased when ce HPP and DBDPO are combined. This is mainly due to the formation of continuous and dense carbon residue in the combustion process of ce HPP, which distributes on the surface of substrate and glass fiber. Some of the DBDPO and its decomposition products are retained in the condensed phase, thus realizing the dual flame retarding effect of gas-condensed phase. It can effectively block the release of volatile gas products.
