【摘要】：進(jìn)行了TZLD橡膠為基體的水聲吸聲復(fù)合材料在海水中的實(shí)驗(yàn)室加速老化實(shí)驗(yàn),研究了該類材料在海水中老化后的吸聲性能、撕裂強(qiáng)度及硬度隨老化時(shí)間的變化規(guī)律;在此基礎(chǔ)上,計(jì)算了材料的老化動力學(xué)參數(shù),并預(yù)測了材料的使用壽命。研究結(jié)果表明,該材料在40℃、60℃和95℃的海水中分別老化35d、45d,其吸聲性能基本不變,不能根據(jù)吸聲性能的變化預(yù)測材料的使用壽命。以撕裂強(qiáng)度和硬度為壽命預(yù)測指標(biāo),在常溫(25℃)海水中該材料的使用壽命分別為29.79年和26.44年。
[Abstract]:The accelerated aging experiments of TZLD rubber based underwater acoustic absorbent composites in seawater were carried out. The changes of sound absorption properties, tear strength and hardness with aging time were studied.
