【摘要】:介紹了微珠復(fù)合泡沫材料、玻璃浮球、陶瓷浮球三類全海深浮力材料的抗壓強(qiáng)度、密度、吸水性及適用深度范圍等;簡(jiǎn)述了全海深浮力材料的制備方法,并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外全海深浮力材料的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了總結(jié);提出了如何在滿足抗壓強(qiáng)度的同時(shí)盡可能地降低材料的密度仍是研制高性能全海深浮力材料所需要解決的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:The compressive strength, density, water absorption and applicable depth range of three kinds of full sea depth buoyancy materials, such as microbead composite foam, glass float and ceramic float, are introduced, and the preparation method of the whole sea depth buoyancy material is described. The development status of all sea depth buoyancy materials at home and abroad is summarized, and the key problems to be solved in the development of high performance buoyancy materials are put forward, which are how to reduce the density of materials while satisfying the compressive strength.
