【摘要】：在酚醛樹脂基摩擦材料配方設(shè)計(jì)中,采用黃金分割原則對(duì)增強(qiáng)纖維的含量進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。通過對(duì)摩擦材料樣品進(jìn)行摩擦磨損性能、力學(xué)性能和物理性能測(cè)試,結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)碳纖維質(zhì)量含量為16%,礦物纖維質(zhì)量含量為5%時(shí),摩擦材料樣品的綜合性能最佳,其摩擦系數(shù)值為0.40,磨損率為0.26×10~(-7)cm~3/N·m,沖擊強(qiáng)度為5.21J/cm~2,硬度為85HRM,密度為1.88g/cm~3。表明利用黃金分割原則設(shè)計(jì)摩擦材料的配方在大幅減少實(shí)驗(yàn)次數(shù)的同時(shí),可以顯著改善摩擦材料的性能。
[Abstract]:In the formulation design of phenolic resin based friction material, the content of reinforced fiber was optimized by golden section principle. The friction and wear properties, mechanical properties and physical properties of the friction material samples were tested. The results showed that when the carbon fiber content was 16 and the mineral fiber mass content was 5, the comprehensive properties of the friction material samples were the best. The friction coefficient is 0.40, the wear rate is 0.26 脳 10 ~ (-7) cm ~ (-7) / N ~ (m), the impact strength is 5.21 J / cm ~ (-2), the hardness is 85 HRM, the density is 1.88 g / cm ~ (-3). It is shown that the design of friction materials by golden section principle can greatly reduce the number of experiments and improve the properties of friction materials.
